The Zerista Live mobile app and appointment tool feature will enhance your networking experience, providing an easy to use platform for connecting with colleagues. Make the most of this tool and your time at Zerista – Live by preparing in advance!

Q: How can I view the appointment tool?
A: The meetings tool may be viewed in the Zerista Live mobile app, or in the desktop portal at https://zsales.zerista.com. In both cases, you must log in.

Q: Is there a deadline for when appointments have to be made?
A: No, appointments can be made up until The Zerista – Live takes place.

Q: Can I schedule two 15 minute appointments with the same person back to back to make it 30 minutes?
A: While the system does allow for this to occur, setting 30-minute meetings is not encouraged. However, when your 15-minute session is over, if you and the person you are visiting with do not have an appointment immediately following, you are welcome to extend your appointment.

Q: Do I have to access the site on a desktop or does it work as a mobile link?
A: Yes! You may access your mobile app, and this appointment tool, online. Visit https://zsales.zerista.com and log in with your details.

Q: Once an appointment is set, is there a special place for us to meet?
A: Your appointment will take place at the Zerista Live designated region within The Zerista – Live. Region assignments are in the meetings tool, and there will also be hard copies of The Zerista – Live floor plan and region assignments at the event.

Q: What happens if I don’t fill every time slot with appointments?
A: You are encouraged to remain in The Zerista – Live for the duration of the event. There will be others who do not make appointments for every timeslot, and they will be encouraged to meet with others who do not have appointments.

Q: Can I reach out to others and ask them to set up a time for us to meet?
A: If there is a particular person that you want to meet with during The Zerista – Live, feel free to reach out to them and ask them to schedule a time for the two of you to meet.
